All of our products are made to order, especially if they’re personalised. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to create and dispatch your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

Most of our products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. We recommend avoiding soaking or putting wooden items in the dishwasher to preserve the engraving and finish.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Because personalised items are made just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault or error on our part. If something’s not right, please reach out and we’ll sort it quickly.
